Before your appointment
Write down your dates, budget and the listings you are interested in. Confirm the correct branch address and opening hours. Let the boutique know about any mobility requirements or particular needs.
During the fitting
Bring shoes with a similar heel height to those you will wear. Walk, sit down and move your arms to check comfort. Inspect the fastening, lining, length and embroidery together with the boutique.
Before confirming
Check the price, included accessories, any alterations and the availability date. For rentals, also confirm the deposit and return arrangements. Ask for a written summary you can refer to later.
